The six-day guarantee time frame commences from when all materials are on site and from the time work actually starts. Six-day time frame includes Mon to Fri work days only. Public holidays and weekends excluded. Applies to normal complete bathroom renovation projects only. Modifications to the design specifications render the guarantee void. Project varying structural defects such as rot, water damage and termite damage also render the guarantee void. Projects including highly specialised work or materials such as marble tiling are not included in the scope of a normal bathroom renovation.
